Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but the shower room was quite cramped. The Executive Lounge access was a bonus, but I had to wait longer for some rooms to be ready. The service was excellent, with helpful and English-speaking staff, but there wasn't much to do on-site. The location was good, near subway stations and attractions, but it wasn't very central. The dining options were satisfying, especially if you're tired of Chinese food, and overall, the hotel provided a good value for the money.
The hotel rooms were excellent, even better than those at Sheraton in Tanqiao, Shanghai, but there was an issue with the toilet not flushing initially, and some rooms were not ready upon arrival, requiring additional waiting time. The service was somewhat lacking as the staff seemed more interested in their phones than attending to guests, though the manager did offer some assistance promptly. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the nearest subway station and Martyrs Park, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of Asian and Western dishes, but there were limited options for those tired of Chinese cuisine. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel had a clean and comfortable room, but the lack of a flushing toilet made it challenging at times. The bathtub was a nice touch, though having no ensuite was awkward. The service was top-notch, with staff prioritizing my requests and the manager sorting out any issues. The location was convenient, near subway stations and attractions in Changsha. The dining experience offered a variety of Asian and Western food options, which was a pleasant change after days of Chinese cuisine. The facilities were good overall, enhancing the stay.
I was thrilled to find that the rooms at this hotel were excellent, even better than what I experienced at the Sheraton in Tanqiao, Shanghai. They were very comfortable, and although one room was ready upon arrival, I did have to wait a few extra hours for the others to be prepared.
My stay at the hotel was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were excellent, even better than those in Sheraton, Tanqiao, Shanghai, and the Executive Lounge access made it very comfortable. However, the shower room was a bit small and cramped. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the Changsha Metro station, providing easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of food options. Overall, a great value for money stay.
